As many of you may know, I recently completed my Master's degree in Adult and Organizational Development at the College of Education at Temple University. What you might not know, is that while I was an undergrad in the Fox School of Business, I began my leadershape journey with the University's LeaderShape Institute. I began by participating in the Emerging Leaders program, then attending various conferences, lectures, and events at the University all sponsored by the Office of Student Affairs, Leadership Development Office.
This journey, culminated in the 6 day program designed by The LeaderShape Institute whose mission is to teach college students how to lead with integrity and how to cultivate a healthy disregard for the impossible. Their vision is to have a just, caring and thriving world where people step out of their comfort zones and become the catalyst for change in their respective communities.
