Make a list of ten positive changes you've made so far this year. Start a file, either in your journal, online journal or open a file on your computer. Label your journal "My Success Journal" and list your ten items there, or if you have done this before, add to your list. It's important that you write it down, because when we write things down they become concrete in our minds, and by doing so you are increasing your self-worth account. When your self-worth increases, you feel better about yourself, and your attitude becomes more positive. The more positivity you put out into the Universe, the Universe responds by sending you more positive experiences into your life. You begin to draw to you better life experiences.
If you belong to an online group such as a Facebook page dedicated to Positive Thinking, celebrate your successes together. If not, share your accomplishments with a friend or family member. Then spend some time treating yourself to a walk on the beach, a stroll in the park, an afternoon at the theater, enjoy an afternoon out with friends or spend time with loved ones. Don't just move on to the next item on your list of goals - take time out the celebrate the small wins or even the big accomplishments. Stop and reward yourself for all the hard work you put into developing yourself!
